Shearing

Darley 10’ sheer up to 3/8” thick.
Metal shearing removes unwanted material from sheet metal. Our 10’ Darley shear has a plate capacity for metals up to ⅜” thick to match your custom metal needs and ensure minimum waste of materials.

Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutters use high velocity ionized gas to create a flame and can cut through any large, thick, electrically conductive metal such as steel, aluminum and copper. Plasma cutting creates smooth edges with no burn marks on the material.

Forming

Amada 88 ton cnc press brake.
We can form and bend metal weighing up to 88 tons to create your custom shape with our Amada CNC Press brake.

CNC Cutting

Fastcut 5’x10’ cnc plasma or oxy / acetylene
‍We focus on quality rather than inches per minute when it comes to cutting metal. Our CNC Fastcut plasma cutting machine with an oxy/acetylene table efficiently cuts metal to high definition details.

Sawing

Hyd-mech horizontal band saw
Using our Hyd-mech horizontal band saw, we provide big, clean, straight and accurate cuts for most metal applications.

Hole Punching

80 ton Kingsland Iron worker
Our in-house, 80 ton Kingsland ironworker is able to provide precise sheet metal hole punching services to meet our customers’ needs, with a range of hole sizes to meet your specifications.

Tube Bending

All metals: stick, tig, or mig.
We offer a range of high-quality pipe and tube bending services including induction, roll and rotary pipe, and tube bending. We can produce that custom, singular bend you just can’t buy off the shelf.

Pipe Threading

We cut and thread any length of pipe in a range of diameters in-house, with a fast turnaround time on pipes that require custom lengths.

Welding

We provide a comprehensive range of welding services for our clients’ custom metal fabrication needs. Our welders have extensive experience in Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Stick welding for all types of metal.

Drilling

We offer metal drilling services as part of our metal fabrication services to form holes in steel and other materials. We can create precise holes in most shapes and sizes, anywhere, on metal components.
